Purchaser’s Guaranty. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Purchaser shall cause Purchaser Guarantor to deliver to Owner a guaranty by Purchaser Guarantor of Purchaser’s payment obligations under this Agreement substantially in the form of Attachment J (the “Hydro-Québec Guaranty”).
