Purchaser's Obligation to Notify. The Purchaser may, but shall not be obligated to, obtain updated Title Commitments, Surveys and Environmental Reports with respect to any or all of the Properties at any time prior to Closing. The Purchaser shall provide the Seller with prompt notice of any material adverse changes in the condition of any of the Properties as may have been discovered by the Purchaser after the Effective Date through updated Title Commitments, Surveys, Environmental Reports, or otherwise; it being understood and agreed that if the Purchaser fails to give such notice then it shall be deemed that no such material adverse change has been discovered by the Purchaser.
