Purchasers of Production. The persons who are purchasing the Borrower's interests in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties as of the calendar month during which the initial Loans are made hereunder are identified on Schedule 4.10 attached hereto.
Purchasers of Production. The names and business addresses of the Persons who (a) have purchased any of Borrower’s or any other Loan Party’s interests in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties during the six calendar months preceding the Closing Date, and (b) as of the Closing Date, are considered by Borrower or other Loan Party to be potential future purchasers of Borrower’s interest in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties, are identified on Schedule 5.23 attached hereto.

Within 10 Business Days after receipt of each request from Administrative Agent, a report setting forth the identities and addresses of all Persons remitting to any Person who has executed a Mortgage proceeds from the sale of Hydrocarbon production from or attributable to Collateral;

Purchasers of Production. Promptly upon request, the Loan Parties shall provide to the Administrative Agent a list of all Persons disbursing proceeds to the Borrower or any other Loan Party from its Oil and Gas Properties;

Purchasers of Production. Borrowers shall, and shall cause each of their Relevant Subsidiaries to, deliver to Lender, contemporaneously with the delivery of the Engineering Reports as provided in Section 5.06(d), an updated list of all purchasers of production of Hydrocarbons from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties, together with their addresses and phone numbers.

Purchasers of Production. The persons who are purchasing Borrower’s or the relevant Subsidiary’s interests in oil and gas produced from the Oil and Gas Properties of Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the calendar month during which this Agreement is executed are identified on Schedule 5.23 attached hereto.
Purchasers of Production. Upon request by Administrative Agent, a list, by name and address, of those Persons who have purchased production during such Fiscal Quarter from the Oil and Gas Properties subject to the Security Documents, giving each such purchaser’s owner number for the applicable Restricted Person and each such purchaser’s property number for each such Oil and Gas Property.
