Common use of Purchasers of Production Clause in Contracts

Purchasers of Production. The names and business addresses of the Persons who: (a) have purchased any of Borrowers’ interests in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties during the six calendar months preceding the Closing Date, or (b) are considered by Borrowers to be potential future purchasers of Borrowers’ interest in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties, are identified on Schedule 5.21 attached hereto.

Purchasers of Production. The names and business addresses of the Persons who: who (a) have purchased any of Borrowers’ Borrower’s interests in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties during the six calendar months preceding the Closing Restatement Date, or and (b) as of the Restatement Date, are considered by Borrowers Borrower to be potential future purchasers of Borrowers’ Borrower’s interest in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Oil and Gas Properties, are identified on Schedule 5.21 5.19 attached hereto.

Purchasers of Production. The names and business addresses of the Persons who: (a) have purchased any of Borrowers’ interests in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Borrower Oil and Gas Properties during the six calendar months preceding the Closing Date, or (b) are considered by Borrowers to be potential future purchasers of Borrowers’ interest in oil and gas produced from the Borrowing Base Borrower Oil and Gas Properties, are identified on Schedule 5.21 attached hereto.
