Common use of Purchasers' Purchase Decisions Clause in Contracts

Purchasers' Purchase Decisions. Each Purchaser acknowledges that it has, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent, any of its Affiliates or any other Purchaser and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own evaluation and decision to enter into this Agreement and, if it so determines, to purchase undivided ownership interests in Pool Receivables hereunder. Each Purchaser also acknowledges that it will, independently and without reliance upon the Administrative Agent, any of its Affiliates or any other Purchaser and based on such documents and information as it shall deem appropriate at the time, continue to make its own decisions in taking or not taking action under this Agreement.
