Purchaser’s Purchasing Obligation. Subject to Section 6.7 and Purchaser’s rejection rights in respect of Nonconforming Coke, Purchaser’s obligation in respect of the Coke Supply and Purchase Obligation is to purchase all (i) Screened Coke conforming to the Screened Coke Quality Standards produced by Seller and delivered by Seller to, as applicable, the Screened Coke Conveyor Delivery Point, the Screened Coke Rail Delivery Point or the Screened Coke Truck Delivery Point, and (ii) all Breeze produced by Seller and made available by Seller at the Breeze Delivery Point.
