Purchaser’s Purchasing Obligation. Subject to Section 6.6 and Purchaser’s rejection rights in respect of Nonconforming Coke, Purchaser’s obligation in respect of the Coke Supply and Purchase Obligation is to purchase all Coke conforming to the Coke Quality Standards produced by Seller delivered by Seller to the Coke Rail Delivery Point, not to exceed 105% of the Purchaser’s Targeted Coke Production.
