Common use of Purchaser’s Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Responsibility. The holders from time to time of the 2011 Bonds shall in no manner be responsible for the application or disposition of the proceeds thereof or any moneys or Federal Securities accounted for in the Escrow Account. This clause shall not relieve the Escrow Agent (if it is a holder of the 2011 Bonds), in its capacity as Escrow Agent, from its duties under this Escrow Agreement.

The holders from time to time of the 2011 2014 Bonds shall in no manner be responsible for the application or disposition of the proceeds thereof or any moneys or Federal Securities accounted for in the Escrow Account. This clause shall not relieve the Escrow Agent Bank (if it is a holder of the 2011 2014 Bonds), in its capacity as Escrow AgentBank, from its duties under this Escrow Agreement.
