Purchaser’s Right to Settle Clause Samples

Purchaser’s Right to Settle. Unless the Vendors shall within 10 days of the Purchaser giving notice requiring the Vendors to do so inform the Vendors of the next action to be taken pursuant to Clause 3.2 the Purchaser shall be entitled to procure that the Company settles or compromises any Tax Liability on such terms as the Purchaser may in its absolute discretion determine.
