Purchaser’s Right To Terminate Closing. Anything in this Agreement or any of the other Transaction Documents to the contrary notwithstanding, each Purchaser, for itself, has the right to cancel its participation in this Offering prior to Closing and receive back any of Purchaser’s Transaction Documents and Subscription Amount delivered pursuant to this Agreement or such other Transaction Documents.
