PURCHASES BY AFFILIATES. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any Affiliate who submits an order to Dell for Services shall agree to abide by the terms of this MSA. Dell, in its sole discretion, may discontinue selling Services to any Affiliate or may require additional payment and/or credit conditions for such Affiliate.
