In accordance with State Finance Law 162 (4-a), the State Owner shall not purchase any apparel from any vendor contractor unable or unwilling to certify that: (i) such apparel was manufactured in compliance with all applicable labor and occupational safety laws, including, but not limited to, child labor laws, wage and hours laws and workplace safety laws, andand (ii) the Operator will supply, prior to or on the Contract Date, the names and addresses of each subcontractor and a list of all manufacturing plants to be utilized by the Manager.
