Common use of Purchases of Portfolio Investments Clause in Contracts

Purchases of Portfolio Investments. On the Effective Date, the Company may acquire the Initial Portfolio Investments from the Seller pursuant to the Sale Agreement, subject to the conditions specified in this Agreement. From time to time during the Reinvestment Period, the Company may Purchase additional Portfolio Investments (from the Seller pursuant to the Sale Agreement or from other Persons), or request that Portfolio Investments be Purchased for the Company’s account, on and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
