Common use of Purchases of Portfolio Investments Clause in Contracts

Purchases of Portfolio Investments. On the Original Effective Date, the Company acquired the Initial Portfolio Investments and has acquired additional Portfolio Investments in accordance with the Original Agreement from time to time thereafter. From time to time on and after the Fifth A&R Effective Date and during the Reinvestment Period, the Company may Purchase (or cause the Permitted Subsidiary to Purchase) additional Portfolio Investments, or request that Portfolio Investments be Purchased for the Company's account, all on and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
