Common use of Purchases of Units Clause in Contracts

Purchases of Units. The Company or any other Group Member may purchase or otherwise acquire Units or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Units. The Company, any of its Affiliates, any Portfolio Company or any Investment Fund may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Units for their own account, subject to the provisions of Articles III and IV. Any Units purchased or otherwise acquired by the Company may be canceled in the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Purchases of Units. The Company or any other Group Member may purchase or otherwise acquire Units or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Units. The Company, Company or any of its Affiliates, any Portfolio Company or any Investment Fund Affiliates may also purchase or otherwise acquire and sell or otherwise dispose of Units or options, rights, warrants or appreciation rights relating to Units for their own account, subject to the provisions of Articles III and IV. Any Units purchased or otherwise acquired by the Company may be canceled in the discretion of the Board of Directors.
