Purchases of Warrants for Cancellation. The Company may, at any time and from time to time, purchase Warrants by invitation for tender, by private contract or otherwise (which shall include a purchase through an investment dealer or firm holding membership on a Canadian stock exchange) on such terms as the Company may determine. All Warrants purchased pursuant to the provisions of this Section 6.1 shall be forthwith delivered to, cancelled and destroyed by the Warrant Agent and shall not be reissued.
