Common use of Purchasing Entity Remedies Clause in Contracts

Purchasing Entity Remedies. 7.1.1.1. In the event Contractor is in breach of any provision of the Contract, Contractor shall be liable for damages arising out of the breach, subject to any limitations on such damages set forth elsewhere in Contract and the Participating Addendum; and 7.1.1.2. If Purchasing Entity is a State Agency, Purchasing Entity may garnish all monies due under a Contract to recover liquidated and delinquent debt owed to the State of Oregon or any department or agency of the State.
