In the event that the Contractor is required to procure goods or services, including Equipment, from third parties on behalf of the Customer then they shall, if the Customer so requests, at all times do so in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (S.I 2006 No. 5) as though the Contractor were a "Contracting Authority" within the meaning of the said regulations.
