Common use of Purported Oral Amendments Clause in Contracts

Purported Oral Amendments. Borrower expressly acknowledges that this agreement and the other loan documents may only be amended or modified, or the provisions hereof or thereof waived or supplemented, by an instrument in writing that complies with section 12.1. Borrower agrees that it will not rely on any course of dealing, course of performance, or oral or written statements by any representative of the administrative agent or any Lender that does not comply with section 12.1 to effect an amendment, modification, waiver or supplement to this agreement or the other loan documents.
