Purpose and Business of the Company. The purpose of the Company shall be to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the Act and all acts and things necessary, appropriate, proper, advisable, incidental to or convenient for the furtherance and accomplishment of such purpose. The Company shall have any and all powers necessary or desirable to carry out the purpose of the Company, to the same extent that the same may be lawfully exercised by limited liability companies under the Act.
