Purpose and Business of the Company. The purpose of the Company is shall be to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under the Act and all acts and things necessary, appropriate, proper, advisable, incidental to or convenient for the furtherance and accomplishment of such purpose.
