Purpose and Business of the Company. The Company was formed for the object and purpose of engaging in any lawful act or activity for which limited liability companies may be formed under the Act. Pursuant to this purpose, the Company shall engage in any business activities permitted under the Act and all acts and things necessary, appropriate, proper, advisable, incidental to or convenient for the furtherance and accomplishment of such purpose, including without limitation owning, operating, managing, and conducting gaming in gaming casinos on the Property in accordance with Delaware law and Nevada law.
