Common use of Purpose and Sequence of Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Purpose and Sequence of Dispute Resolution. The purpose of this Schedule is to set forth a framework and procedures to resolve any Disputes that may arise under the Agreement in an amicable manner, in private and confidential proceedings, and where possible, without resort to litigation. The Parties agree to exclusively utilize the following process to achieve this goal, which shall be undertaken in the following order:
