PURPOSE AND VALIDITY OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions of the transmission service provided by Fingrid on the Power Transmission and the rights and obligations of the Parties to this Agreement. The transmission service will be implemented in accordance with this Agreement and its appendix (Appendix) which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
