Common use of Purpose; Exclusivity Clause in Contracts

Purpose; Exclusivity. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the Term (as defined below), each Buyer shall purchase (and shall cause its respective subsidiaries to purchase) all of its and their respective requirements for Goods exclusively from Seller, and Seller agrees to satisfy such requirements, in each case, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
