Purpose limitation. The data importer shall process the personal data only for the specific purpose(s) of the transfer, as set out in Annex I.B, unless on further instructions from the data exporter.

Tripwire shall Process the Personal Data for the purposes set forth in the Agreement and only in accordance with the lawful, documented instructions of Customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law (the "Permitted Purpose"). This DPA and the Agreement set out Customer’s complete instructions to Tripwire in relation to Processing of Personal Data. Any Processing of Personal Data required outside of the scope of these instructions will require prior written agreement of the Parties.
