Common use of Purpose of disclosure of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Purpose of disclosure of Confidential Information. The Notifier, in connection with the exercise of rights and obligations under this Contract or in the context of related negotiations, may provide the Recipient with Confidential Information. The Recipient undertakes to use Confidential Information solely for the purpose intended by the Parties under this Contract and is not entitled to use Confidential Information for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Notifier.
