Common use of Purpose of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Occupancy. Tenant shall occupy and use the Leased Premises for office and warehousing, packaging and assembly purposes and for any related purpose, but for no other purpose without the written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Leased Premises shall not be used for any purpose which would violate any law, ordinance, rule or regulation or the terms of any restrictive covenant applicable to the Building, nor in any way to create any nuisance or trespass, nor in any way to violate the terms of a standard form policy of insurance or increase the rate of insurance under any such policy of insurance on the Building or the Leased Premises.
