Purpose of Partnership. The Partnership has been formed for the purpose of consolidating control of the operations of the inpatient psychiatric hospitals of NI-Sub, Columbus-Sub, Lebanon-Sub and W-Sub. The Partnership may engage in any and all other activities as may be necessary, incidental or convenient to carrying out the business of the Partnership as contemplated by this Agreement.
