Purpose of the CMF Award. The Recipient shall use the CMF Award for the eligible activities, as set forth in Section 3.2, for the following uses and in the following manner: (a) The Development, Preservation, Rehabilitation or Purchase of Affordable Housing for primarily Extremely Low-Income, Very Low-Income and Low-Income families; and (b) Economic Development Activities that are part of a Concerted Strategy, as set forth in 12 C.F.R. § 1807.104.
