Common use of PURPOSE OF THE TRUST Clause in Contracts

PURPOSE OF THE TRUST. For purposes of offering individual healthcare insurance, dental insurance and vision insurance to members of the bargaining unit, the Employer shall become and remain a participating employer in the Trust during the complete life of this Agreement, and any extension thereof.
