Common use of Purpose of Trust Agreement Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Trust Agreement. The purpose of this Trust Agreement is to provide funds for the contemplated decommissioning of the Plants listed on the separate Schedules attached hereto and to comply with the Illinois Statute, the Iowa Statue, the NRC Rule and any Future Orders, and to constitute "nuclear decommissioning reserve funds" within the meaning of Section 468A. The assets of the Trusts may be used only in a manner that is authorized by Code Section 468A and the regulations thereunder.
