Common use of Purpose pursuit Clause in Contracts

Purpose pursuit. The parties have entered into a principal agreement for the purposes set out in Annexure 2 and the operator may choose the means they consider necessary to pursue those purposes in their own discretion, provided that their choices are compatible with: 5.3.1. this agreement’s requirements; and 5.3.2. particularly the responsible party’s written instructions.

Purpose pursuit.
