Purposes of Lease. 2-1 Party B undertakes to Party A that it will use the Premises leased hereunder as office, and will comply with any and all applicable provisions of the State and Shanghai concerning the premises use and property management. 2-2 Party B warrants that during the lease term hereof no change will be made without authorization to the use of the Premises mentioned above in the absence of prior written consent of Party A and approval from relevant authorities upon examination as required.
