Common use of Purposes of the Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Purposes of the Borrowing. The Borrowing received hereunder shall be applied towards the funding of working capital requirements. Without prior written consent of the Entrustor, the Borrower may not apply any part of the Borrowing towards any other purpose.
