Common use of Purposes of the Company Clause in Contracts

Purposes of the Company. The purpose of the Company shall be (a) to invest in and operate businesses in the field of telecommunications and such other fields of business as may be approved by the Manager, (b) to engage in and carry on any other lawful business or activity in connection with the foregoing or otherwise, and (c) to have and exercise all of the powers, rights and privileges which a limited liability company organized pursuant to the Act may have and exercise.

Purposes of the Company. The purpose purposes of the Company shall be are to (ai) operate the Company and utilize its assets, (ii) exercise all other powers necessary to invest in and operate businesses in or reasonably connected with the field of telecommunications and such other fields of Company’s business as which may be approved legally exercised by limited liability companies under the Manager, Act and (biii) to engage in and carry on all activities necessary, customary, convenient, or incident to any other lawful business or activity in connection with the foregoing or otherwise, and (c) to have and exercise all of the powers, rights and privileges which a limited liability company organized pursuant to the Act may have and exerciseforegoing.
