Purposes of the Partnership. The Partnership is organized for the purpose of engaging in any and all activities permitted under applicable law, including investing directly, or indirectly through one or more Trading Subsidiaries or otherwise, in digital assets and engaging in all activities and transactions as the General Partner may deem necessary or advisable in connection therewith, including to do such acts as are necessary or advisable in connection with the maintenance and administration of the Partnership.
