Common use of Purposes of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Purposes of the Partnership. The purposes of the Partnership shall be to hold all licenses, permits, and authorizations issued by the Federal Communications Commission, now or in the future, in connection with the business and 2 operations of television station KHSX-TV, Irving, Texas (the "Station"); to use such licenses, permits, and authorizations in the conduct of the business of such television station by Silver King Broadcasting of Dallas, Inc.; and to do all other things necessary, appropriate, or advisable in connection with those purposes.

Purposes of the Partnership. The purposes of the Partnership shall be to hold all licenses, permits, and authorizations issued by the Federal Communications Commission, now or in the future, in connection with the business and 2 operations of television station KHSX-WHSP TV, IrvingVineland, Texas New Jersey (the "Station"); to use such licenses, permits, and authorizations in the conduct of the business of such television station by Silver King Broadcasting of DallasVineland, Inc.; and to do all other things necessary, appropriate, or advisable in connection with those purposes.
