Purposes of the Partnership. The purpose of the Partnership is shall be to engage in any all lawful act acts or activity activities for which limited partnerships may be organized under the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, as amended (the "DELAWARE ACT"). The Partnership shall have any and all powers necessary or desirable to carry out such purpose to the extent the same may be legally exercised by limited partnerships under the Delaware Act. The Partnership shall carry out the foregoing activities pursuant to the Certificate of Limited Partnership and this Agreement.
