Common use of Purposes of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Purposes of the Partnership. The purposes of the Partnership shall be to hold all licenses, permits, and authorizations issued by the Federal Communications Commission, now or in the future, in connection with the business and operations of television station KHSH-TV, Alvin, Texas (the "Station"); to use such licenses, permits, and authorizations in the conduct of the business of such television station by Silver King Broadcasting of Houston, Inc.; and to do all other things necessary, appropriate, or advisable in connection with those purposes. 2

Purposes of the Partnership. The purposes of the Partnership shall be to hold all licenses, permits, and authorizations issued by the Federal Communications Commission, now or in the future, in connection with the business and 2 operations of television station KHSHKHSX-TV, AlvinIrving, Texas (the "Station"); to use such licenses, permits, and authorizations in the conduct of the business of such television station by Silver King Broadcasting of HoustonDallas, Inc.; and to do all other things necessary, appropriate, or advisable in connection with those purposes. 2.

The purposes of the Partnership shall be to hold all licenses, permits, and authorizations issued by the Federal Communications Commission, now or in the future, in connection with the business and operations of television station KHSHWYHS-TV, AlvinHollywood, Texas Florida (the "Station"); to use such licenses, permits, and authorizations in the conduct of the business of such television station by Silver King Broadcasting of HoustonHollywood, Florida, Inc.; and to do all other things necessary, appropriate, or advisable in connection with those purposes. 2.

Purposes of the Partnership. The purposes of the Partnership shall be to hold all licenses, permits, and authorizations issued by the Federal Communications Commission, now or in the future, in connection with the business and operations of television station KHSHKHSC-TV, AlvinOntario, Texas California (the "Station"); to use such licenses, permits, and authorizations in the conduct of the business of such television station by Silver King Broadcasting of HoustonSouthern California, Inc.; and to do all other things necessary, appropriate, or advisable in connection with those purposes. 2.
