Purposes of the Processing. 1.1 The Processor undertakes to process personal data on the instruction of the Controller, subject to the conditions of this Processing Agreement. Processing will only take place within the framework of the Processing Agreement and for the purpose of offering the products and services of GoBright, and in order to achieve those objectives that have been laid down in the Agreement in mutual consultation.
