Pursuant to 12. 2.1 an employee who was a Manitoba Resident at the time of hire may be recalled for employment by the Contractor provided: a) The employee is advised in writing at the time of lay-off that he is eligible for recall and a copy of this notification is concurrently forwarded to the appropriate Local Union and M.A.E.T. and; b) The recall is initiated by the Contractor prior to the expiry of 120 calendar days measured from the date of lay-off.
