Common use of Pursuant to Paragraph Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Paragraph. 2 of Section 17 (1) of the Petroleum Code, the STATE already grants its prior consent to assignments among entities comprising the CONTRACTOR, having as their sole purpose the repartition of participation percentages among these entities.
