Common use of Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20104 Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 20104. 2(f), this paragraph does not apply to tort claims and does not change the period for filing tort claims or actions specified by Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 900) and Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 910) of Part 3 of Division 3.6 of Title 1 of the Government Code.
