Common use of Pursuant to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Section 7. 01 (k) of the General Conditions, the following additional events are specified: (a) Any event specified in paragraph (b) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur and shall continue for a period of sixty (60) days after notice thereof shall have been given by the Bank to the Borrower. (b) Any event specified in paragraphs (a) or (d) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur. (c) The event specified in paragraph (e) (i) (B) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur, subject to the proviso of paragraph (e) (ii) of that Section.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01 (kh) of the General Conditions, the following additional events are specified: (a) Any event specified in paragraph (ba) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur and shall continue for a period of sixty (60) 60 days after notice thereof shall have been given by the Bank to the Borrower.; and (b) Any event specified in paragraphs (a) or (d) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur. (c) The event specified in paragraph (e) (i) (B) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur, subject to the proviso of paragraph (e) (ii) of that Section.),

Pursuant to Section 7. 01 (ka) of the General Conditions, the following additional events are specified: (a) Any any event specified in paragraph (ba) of Section 5.01 6.01 of this Agreement shall occur and shall continue for a period of sixty (60) 60 days after notice thereof shall have been given by the Bank Associa- tion to the Borrower.; (b) Any any event specified in paragraphs (ac) or (d) or (e) of Section 5.01 6.01 of this Agreement shall occur.; and (c) The any event specified in paragraph (ef) (i) (B) of Section 5.01 Section 6.01 of this Agreement shall occur, subject to the proviso of paragraph (ef) (ii) of that Section.
