Common use of Pursuant to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specified, namely, that any of the events specified in paragraph (a) or (c) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur and shall continue for a period of sixty (60) days after notice thereof shall have been given by the Bank to the Borrower.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k01 (h) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is specifiedspecified namely that, namely, that any of the events specified in paragraph paragraphs (a) or and (c) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur and shall continue for a period of sixty (60) days after notice thereof shall have been given by the Bank Association to the Borrower.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k01 (h) of the General Conditions, the following additional event is events are specified, namely, : (a) that any of the events specified in paragraph (a) or (c) of Section 5.01 6.01 of this Agreement shall occur and shall continue for a period of sixty (60) days days, after notice thereof shall have been given by the Bank to the Borrower; and (b) that the event specified in paragraph (b) of said Section 6.01 shall occur.

Pursuant to Section 7. 01(k01 (d) of the General Conditions, the following additional events are specified: (a) the event is specified, namely, that any of the events specified in paragraph (a) or (c) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur and shall continue for a period of sixty (60) days after notice thereof shall have been given by the Bank Association to the Borrower; and (b) the events specified in paragraphs (c) and (d) of Section 5.01 of this Agreement shall occur.
