Pursuant to the Arbitration Decision, if Requesting. Carrier uses an NXX Code to provide foreign exchange service to its Customers outside of the geographic area assigned to such NXX Code, Requesting Carrier shall not be required to provide a point of interconnection (POI) within 15 miles of the rating point to which the NXX Code is assigned, at which Ameritech may terminate local traffic destined for that NXX Code.1/
