Common use of PUT NOTICE Clause in Contracts

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At any time and from time to time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, that the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company identified in the applicable Put Notice shall not be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount nor more greater than the Maximum Put AmountAmount and, when taken together with any prior Put Notices, shall not exceed the Maximum Commitment.

At any time during the Commitment PeriodPeriod (and with respect to any Put Notice other than the first Put Notice after the prior Closing Date), the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

Investor agrees to apprise the Company in regards to the number of shares of the Company it and its affiliates hold or upon the receipt of a Put AmountNotice.

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither stated in increments of no less than the Minimum Put Amount $100,000, nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; 2.4, provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall not be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount $50,000 nor more than the Maximum Put AmountAmount on the Put Date.

On the Put AmountDate the Company shall deliver to the Investor’s brokerage account the Put Shares.

The Company shall not have the right to submit a Put Notice at anytime that there is an outstanding Put Notice.

At any time during the Commitment Period, and the satisfaction of each of the conditions contained in Section 7.2 below, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investorthe Investors, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2Sections 2.1, 2.4 and 3.6 below; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall not be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount $100,000 nor more than the Maximum Put AmountAmount on the Put Date.

At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, that the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount $250,000 nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, that the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Investor or the Company may deliver a Put Notice to Investorthe other, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by (including the Company form of consideration) in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither stated in increments of no less than the Minimum Put Amount $100,000, nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, that the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount $75,000 nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.27.1; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount $100,000 nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, that the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount $100,000 nor more than the Maximum Put Amount. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if the Maximum Put Amount for any given Put Notice is less than $100,000, the Investment Amount for such Put shall be the Maximum Put Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2, at any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver may, in its sole discretion, exercise a Put by delivering a Put Notice to Investor, subject the Investor stating the Put Amount of Shares which the Company intends to sell to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2Investor on a Closing Date pursuant to the Put for up to the Maximum Put Amount; provided, however, that the Investment Put Amount for each Put as designated by the Company identified in the applicable Put Notice Notice, when taken together with all prior Put Notices, shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount nor more than not exceed the Maximum Put Commitment Amount.

PUT NOTICE. At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither not less than the Minimum Put Amount Amount, nor more than the Maximum Put Amount. No Put Notice may be issued prior to the expiration of the Trading Cushion.

At any time during the Commitment Period, the Company may deliver a Put Notice to the Investor, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 7.2; provided, however, that the Investment Amount for each Put as designated by the Company in the applicable Put Notice shall be neither less than the Minimum Put Amount $100,000 nor more than the Maximum Put Amount.Amount (unless otherwise provided for in Section 2.1(a) herein). The parties also hereby agree to restate the following section of the Registration Agreement as follows:
