Put Right Deadline. If Owner does not deliver a Put Right Election Notice to VICI in accordance with the provisions of Section 3(b) prior to the expiration of the Owner Election Period, TIME BEING OF THE ESSENCE, the Put Right shall automatically terminate and be deemed null and void.
