Common use of PX Logo Clause in Contracts

PX Logo. If Customer uses a capture method for credit or debit card processing using a system which is not hosted by PX, Customer agrees to display the PX Logo in a readily visible position on the user interface of Customer’s system where the credit or debit card data is captured. The PX Logo must not be altered or used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of PX.
