The PYROTECHNIC DEVICE clause defines the rules and requirements governing the use, handling, or presence of pyrotechnic devices within the scope of the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies whether such devices are permitted, outlines necessary safety protocols, and may require compliance with relevant laws or obtaining special permits. PYROTECHNIC DEVICE. No pyrotechnic devices shall be used without the prior express written consent of both Artist and Purchaser. Any such device shall be subject to applicable fire laws and shall be administered by a person with professional experience in pyrotechnics. Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining all applicable permits.

  • Electronic Devices No electronic devices that may hinder job performance or safety (especially cell phones), may be carried on employees’ person, or be used by employees during working hours.

  • Device In this agreement, “device” means a hardware system (whether physical or virtual) with an internal storage device capable of running the software. A hardware partition or blade is considered to be a device.

  • Speech Therapy This plan covers speech therapy services when provided by a qualified licensed • loss of speech or communication function; or • impairment as a result of an acute illness or injury, or an acute exacerbation of a chronic disease. Speech therapy services must relate to: • performing basic functional communication; or • assessing or treating swallowing dysfunction. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.
