QAPI Program Subcontracting. If the MCO subcontracts any of the essential functions or reporting requirements contained within the QAPI Program to another entity, the MCO must maintain detailed files documenting work performed by the Subcontractor. The file must be available for review by HHSC or its designee upon request.
